We work with the member to book your exact Disney room in your name, and you pay a fraction of the cost you would pay booking directly through Disney.

Absolutely. Once your reservation is linked to your My Disney Experience app, Disney treats you exactly like any other resort guest. You receive all the standard perks, including:

When Disney rents a Deluxe Villa directly to the public, they charge premium retail prices. DVC Members, on the other hand, have already paid for their points and are usually just looking to cover their annual maintenance dues. For example: Booking a Deluxe Studio at the Polynesian directly through Disney might cost $800+ a night, but renting points for that exact same room often costs half that.

Because we are booking through a timeshare system using an owner’s Disney Vacation Club points rather than a standard hotel reservation, confirmed DVC rentals are final and nonrefundable.

Yes. Disney Vacation Club explicitly states that Members may rent their Vacation Points.

Disney does, however, prohibit the use of Vacation Points for commercial purposes. Under Disney’s own wording, commercial purpose can include a pattern of rental activity or other occupancy that the Board of the Condominium Association, in its reasonable discretion, could conclude constitutes a commercial enterprise or practice.

For most owners who are simply looking to rent unused or expiring points from time to time, point renting itself is expressly permitted by Disney Vacation Club. Owners should still remain mindful of Disney’s current membership rules and the overall pattern of activity on their account.
